DAMASCUS, (SANA) -- Arab League Secretary General Amre Moussa said that the Arab peace initiative is based on the principle of the Israeli withdrawal from all occupied Arab lands and the commitment to the UN resolutions, the main principles of the UN Charter and to the international law.

Moussa stressed in an interview with London Radio Station broadcast that the Israeli stance towards the Arab proposal, particularly the peace process is unclear.
